The perfect drink to spice up an already hot night!"

Ingredients (Makes 2):
- 120ml white rum
- 160ml lime juice
- 2 bar spoons (3 teaspoons) Jammin jerk 'hot sauce'
- 30ml of sugar syrup
- 2 thick slices of cucumber, plus 2 thinner slices for garnishing
Method:
- Place 2 coupettes into the freezer about 30 minutes ahead of time.
- In a cocktail shaker muddle together the cucumber and sugar syrup. Use the end of a wooden spoon if you don't have muddler.
- Add in the the white rum, lime juice and Jammin' Jerk Hot Sauce, then add 6-8 large ice cubes.
- Make sure the lid is securely on and shake vigorously! Keep going until your arm starts to go numb.
- Take the glasses from the freezer and strain the cocktail into them. Float a slice of cucumber in each glass and serve.

Like a drink with some real kick? Sub out the white rum for a smokey mescal and up the amount of hot sauce!
