Refund policy

Please note that we can only offer refunds or exchanges for products that are received damaged in transit.

To request a refund or exchange, please send us an email at info@jamminjerk.com.au with the following information:

- Your order number
- The name of the product you received damaged
- A description of the damage
- Photos of the damaged product

We will review your request and get back to you within 2 business days with instructions on how to proceed. Please note that we may ask you to return the damaged product to us before we can process your refund to the original payment method or replace it with a new product.
