Congratulations to George Jefferies who took home the GOLD MEDAL in the recent Australian Culinary Federation 'Lamb Main Course Live Challenge'.
George and his fellow competitors had sixty minutes to prepare one main course, cooking two portions with appropriate garnishes, using Lamb cuts.
George prepared an incredible dish of Roasted Spinach Filled Jammin' JeRk Lamb Cutlet with Buttered Vegetables, Citrus Pea Puree, Parsnip Puree and a Port and Cranberry Jus.
