What an amazing night! We were delighted to cook for our Jammin’ JeRk In Your Kitchen winner Ruth and her friends. Masterchef contestant and all around great guy Kevin Perrycame along to help prepare our mouth watering menu!

The menu consisted of-

Entrée - JeRk Wings with BBQ hot sauce dip & Beef patties with a sour cream jerk bbq sauce dip

Main - JeRk Beef Cheeks with creamy mash & buttery green beans

Sweet Tings to finish - Banana rum cake with salted caramel sauce
